Please read these terms carefully before using the vip0 platform. All rules related to accounts, bonuses, deposits, withdrawals, and responsible gaming are detailed here.
Section 01 General Provisions

Section 02 Account Registration
A valid account must be created to use the services on the vip0 platform. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration and update it if any details change in the future.
2.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual may register only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, vip0 has the right to cancel all such accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all activities carried out using your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the vip0 support team immediately and change your password.
Section 03 Age Verification
vip0 services are available to users aged 21 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
vip0 may request identity documents or proof of age at any time. Failure to provide documents or submission of false information will result in immediate suspension of the account.

Section 04 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the vip0 platform are processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. Amounts below this will not be accepted.
4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests below this amount cannot be submitted.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may increase if a verification process is ongoing.
4.4 Payment Verification
All withdrawal requests go through a security verification process. vip0 may request additional documents if needed. Using a payment method whose name does not match the name registered on the account is prohibited.
Section 05 Bonuses and Promotions
vip0 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (25x). This means the total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
Attempting to withdraw without meeting bonus requirements, claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, or abusing the bonus system in any other way will result in cancellation of the bonus and action being taken against the relevant account.
5.3 Loyalty Program

Section 06 Betting and Gaming
vip0 offers various categories of games including slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and fishing games. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.
6.1 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game or betting market. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or betting page.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a connection is lost or a technical error occurs during a game, vip0 will determine the result of that round based on its own server records. vip0 has the right to correct any winnings that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
6.3 Suspicious Activity
If any bet appears unusual or suspicious, vip0 reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, place a hold on payment.
Section 07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip0 platform:
- Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
- Placing bets using software bots, scripts, or automated methods
- Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
- Using multiple accounts to circumvent bonus requirements
- Fraudulent collusion with other users on the platform
- Operating an account using another person's identity
- Harassing or threatening vip0 staff
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of all balances. Relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

Section 09 Account Suspension and Closure

vip0 may suspend or permanently close any account due to a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, illegal conduct, or incomplete account verification.
9.3 Self-Exclusion

Section 10 Limitation of Liability
vip0 is not liable under any circumstances for the following:
- Loss from gaming or betting due to internet disconnection
- Loss due to hardware or software issues on your device
- Loss due to technical errors by third-party game providers
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)
vip0 will not provide compensation for financial losses arising from gaming decisions. Gaming is inherently risky and you are using the platform with full awareness of that risk.
